Our fresh evergreens typically last 4 to 6 weeks indoors and significantly longer in cooler outdoor environments. We recommend misting the back of your greenery every few days to maintain moisture.
When will my order be shipped?
During the checkout process, you can select a specific shipping week. We take great care to ensure your order is handcrafted and shipped to arrive as close to your preferred date as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we are proud to offer free ground shipping to all addresses within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

What is your return policy for live greenery?
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
